Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-05-19
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
We do not sell personal information
Paddock Tracker does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
We do share for advertising
We use Google AdSense to display ads on the Site. Under the CCPA's broad definition of "sharing," sending ad-targeting signals to Google may qualify as sharing personal information. We treat this as such out of an abundance of caution.
How to opt out
You can opt out of sharing for advertising in two ways:
-
Through Google's consent UI. On EEA/UK/Swiss IPs a banner appears on first visit. From California you can re-open Google's consent UI at any time via the small "Consent" / shield icon Google injects on the page. Choose to reject, or open Manage options and turn off the advertising category. This sets Google Consent Mode to
ad_storage: deniedandad_personalization: denied, suppressing ad cookies and personalised targeting. -
Email request. Send a request to pparaskevas.dev@gmail.com stating that you are a California resident and that you wish to opt out of sharing under the CCPA. We will confirm within 15 days.
Other CCPA / CPRA rights
You also have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect about you
- Access the specific personal information we hold
- Delete your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
To exercise any of these, email pparaskevas.dev@gmail.com. Specify which right you are exercising. We may ask one or two follow-up questions to verify your identity before responding.
We do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights.
