By using https://paddock-tracker.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What Paddock Tracker is
Paddock Tracker is a personal motorsport companion that aggregates publicly-available schedule, weather, results, and reference data across motorsport championships. It is informational only and is provided as a hobby project.
2. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Race schedules, weather forecasts, results, standings, and championship history are best-effort and may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on the Site for travel, ticketing, betting, or other decisions where accuracy matters — consult official sources.
3. Accounts
You may create an account via Clerk to follow series and enable push notifications. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be old enough to consent to processing of your personal data in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 16+).
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other security controls
- Scrape or systematically download data beyond reasonable personal use
- Use automated agents to interact with the Site in a way that disrupts service for others
- Submit content via the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or contains another person's personal data
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual property
- The Paddock Tracker name, design, code, and curated editorial content (blog posts, championship descriptions, etc.) are the property of the operator. You may not copy or republish them without permission.
- Race series names, team names, driver names, logos, marks, schedules and results belong to the respective rights holders (FIA, Formula One Group, Dorna, IMSA, ADAC, etc.). Paddock Tracker surfaces this information for informational purposes only.
- Third-party data is sourced from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA), official series sites, Open-Meteo (open data), and similar sources, each attributed where rendered.
6. User-submitted content
If you submit content via the contact form, you grant us the right to read, store, and respond to it. You confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Modifications to the Site
We may change, add, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice. This is a personal project and uptime is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Direct damages, if any, are limited to the amount you paid to use the Site, which is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, or statutory rights of consumers).
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the release notes. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
