How does WRC scoring work?

WRC pays the top 10 finishers 25-17-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1, plus bonus points from Super Sunday and the Power Stage — a perfect weekend is worth 35.

WRC scoring rewards three different things across a weekend, which is why a single rally can be worth up to 35 points.

First, the overall rally result. The top ten crews on cumulative time score 25-17-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1, so the outright winner banks 25.

Second, Super Sunday. The five fastest crews over the final day's stages earn a bonus of 5-4-3-2-1.

Third, the Power Stage — the live, last stage of the rally — pays another 5-4-3-2-1 to its five quickest crews.

Take the maximum from all three (25 + 5 + 5) and a flawless weekend is worth 35 points. Points count separately toward the drivers', co-drivers' and manufacturers' championships, so consistency across all three scoring elements decides the titles.
